About us

We are team of Bulgarian professionals in various fields of the Construction Business – engineers, architects, ecologists, geodesists, construction technicians, construction managers, administrative specialists, supervisors, financiers and lawyers.

We are able to undertake the entire process of realization of a construction project – from, for example, change of status of agricultural land, through the planing, procurement and construction of buildings, through to obtaining the final permit for use. In addition to the buildings themselves, we can construct the necessary infrastructure such as roads, water and electricity supply.

In our professional portfolio we have holiday complexes, hotels, private houses, roads, electrical power lines and transformers, water supply networks, interior designs. Serious part of our activity takes the change of use of agricultural /farming/ plots of land in Bulgaria.

Along with the pure technical service, described above, we provide tax planning, financial management and legal/administrative support of the project. During the years we have created productive relations with the local government administration which gives us the opportunity to be fast and efficient in our work.
